MARKETING COORDINATOR
Areas of responsibility and tasks:
- Prepare, coordinate and execute a various marketing projects for the assigned Company product brands with supportive marketing activities, assistant in launching, adaptation and development.
- Present and support internal clients in marketing strategies to help them promote product brands and increase sale growth with initiating and implementation of various advertising campaigns in overall.
- To establish and maintain effective working relationship with advertising, media and market research agencies and other external partners, introduce them clearly align with product brands and Company objectives to ensure timely and necessary support.
- Fully manage & control income and expenditure budget (from planning till reporting).
- Manage and regularly update corporate web site, social networks or other media coverage.
- To analyze market research and sales data to understand local market dynamics and support management with regular reports on market performance.
Requirements for candidate:
- University degree or last year’s student (preferably related to marketing or business).
- Have +1 years’ experience within marketing project management/coordination.
- Are totally service minded and proactive team player, used to working on your own initiative and able to meet deadlines and accept responsibility for tasks or projects you carrying out.
- Able to manage several tasks at the same time under changing environment – each with various degrees of complexity and priority.
- Have ability to build and maintain successful relationships between internal clients and customers.
- Love planning, are structured and have business acumen.
- You are confident, professional and extremely creative person with positive attitude.
- Working experience at an advertising agency or a company with IT profile will be considered as a plus.
- Have excellent communication and language skills in Latvian, English and Russian.
- PC literacy (MS Office package, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop).
- Own car and valid driver’s license.

PRODUCT LINE MANAGER
Areas of responsibility and tasks:
- Present and sell assigned Company’s product brands to current and potential customers.
- Manage product purchase / sales planning process.
- Organize meetings with customers; prepare presentations and proposals align in marketing promotion projects independently or in cooperation with colleagues.
- Take part in sales strategy development and pricing process for assigned product brands and Company objectives.
- Develop and maintain long–term relations & partnership with current customers; identify and attract new potential customers.
- Negotiation and contracting with suppliers.
- Coordinate presentation new products to the market; participate and support launching projects in accordance with marketing conception.
- Set up a constant monitoring for market dynamics research and analyze sales data to perform regular reports.
- Enter and update information about assigned products in Company’s database.
Requirements for candidate:
- Have +3 years’ experience within product line and sales management (experience in marketing projects coordination will be considered as advantage).
- University degree (preferably related to business management, economics, marketing or other similar field).
- Are totally service minded and proactive team player, used to working on your own initiative and able to meet deadlines and accept responsibility for tasks or projects carrying out.
- Have ability to handle customers independently and maintain long-term business relationships.
- Are structured, result – oriented, focused on the quality as well, with strong view of business acumen.
- You are confident, professional, have strong interpersonal and communication skills, negotiation and presentation skills are necessary.
- Are introduced with advertising and sales promotion techniques.
- Take interest in innovations in IT field (working experience in company with IT profile will be considered as a plus).
- Fluent Latvian, very good knowledge of English and Russian (written and oral).
- PC literacy (MS Office package).
- Valid driving license.
