Business Development Manager, Enterprise Storage  


Requirements: ·

  • Work Experience in System Integrators, representatives of Vendors or top End Users;
  • Experience in developing of server or storage systems business from the leading vendors like Dell EMC, NetApp, HPE, Fujitsu, Huawei, IBM or others would be an advantage;
  • Ability and willingness to communicate with executives of partner companies, as well as end users;       
  • Initiative, ability to work effectively both independently and in a team;
  • Native Latvian speaker or fluent in Latvian;     
  • Knowledge of English at an intermediate level, knowledge of Russian is an advantage;     
  • Bachelor or equivalent education. 

Duties:        

  • Development of Enterprise Storage solutions business unit (Pure Storage, the leader in all-flash solutions and some others);     
  • Expansion of the partner network in tight cooperation with sales team, establishing strong personal contacts with key 2-tier partners and representatives of vendors;     
  • Delivering specifications, pricing, project management and tender requirements;       
  • Taking part in marketing and training activities;     
  • Reaching KPI’s on quarterly basis.

Pre-Sales Engineer


Requirements:

  • The ability to explain the competitive advantages of the offered products and services, the ability to differentiate from competitors;
  • Experience in installing and integrating server solutions and SAN storage systems;
  • Experience with virtualization systems at the level of creating high availability clusters;
  • Reading and understanding technical documentation in English without an interpreter is a must, speaking English will be an advantage;
  • An understanding of how a Pre-sale engineer differs from a system administrator, DevOps, etc.;
  • Awareness of new products and trends in the server hardware market.
  • Ability and desire to learn a lot and quickly, including independently (obligatory);
  • Experience in setting up a network infrastructure (VPN, Vlan, link aggregation) - preferably, knowledge at the CCNA level will be an advantage;
  • Driver’s license and be ready to travel to Estonia and Lithuania.

Duties:

  • Designing complex solutions for IT infrastructure (SAN / NAS storage, backup systems, network equipment, virtualization systems, DLP systems, infrastructure software);
  • Providing consultations on products and solutions, identifying customer needs, preparing and agreeing on configurations;
  • Drawing up competitive comparisons, explanatory notes, technical specifications; 
  • Passing professional certification required for the distribution of hardware and software;
  • Presentations for partners and customers, participating in negotiations as a technical consultant.

Objectives:

  • Analysis of potential sales markets, competitive environment;
  • Assortment management, pricing, sales forecasting;
  • Planning product KPIs on a short and long term basis (Inventory / Stock Ages / Turnover);
  • Maintaining analytical data on partners and competitors;
  • Creation of programs to stimulate sales;

MARKETING COORDINATOR

Requirements:

  • Team player who works well with people.
  • Knowledge of different marketing tools - Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Tag manager, Mailchimp and more.
  • Knowledge of Marketing campaign creation and management.
  • Great communication skills in Latvian, English and Russian.
  • Experience working with consumer electronics will be considered an advantage.
  • Drivers license will be considered an advantage. 

Duties:

  • Leading marketing campaigns, including digital marketing campaigns on LinkedIn, Facebook and Google, in collaboration with the ASBISc Central Marketing team.
  • Create marketing campaigns in different channels all across the Baltic States, as well as adjust previously created content for the Baltic State market.
  • Update information in the company website and create e-mail campaigns.
  • Collaborate with different clients marketing teams as well as outsourced agencies.
